

The UK is divided into regional teams; each region is lead by a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM is responsible for setting clear sales objectives and ensuring that they are achieved. They are also responsible for the personal development of their people. Each RSM is directly responsible for a number of Area Sales Managers (ASM). The role of the ASM is to lead their individual teams of Field Sales Representatives, ensuring that they achieve their objectives and provide a first class service to the retailers on their particular area.
Our Field Sales Representatives call on all independent outlets in the UK that sell tobacco over the counter; this is achieved by each Representative being responsible for a specific number of outlets which they visit throughout the year. In each outlet the Representative's key tasks include improving the distribution and merchandising of our brands and providing up to date and relevant information to the retailer.
