Some are surprised to learn that Imperial Tobacco’s business is growing. And some forget that, first and foremost, we’re a very successful FMCG company.
Ask our people and they’ll tell you straight. We’re a fast-moving consumer goods firm which uses expertise and creativity to make and market tobacco products.
We’re also very good at what we do. Our profits grew in 2008, and there are particular areas of our business – like Rizla for instance – where we’re performing extremely well.
Our plans for the future are as ambitious as they ever were. We’ll continue to develop our business across the UK and the world through an innovative marketing-led approach to our brands.
Of course, in a highly regulated industry like ours, this makes for very interesting work; especially for people who enjoy thinking and acting resourcefully.
