When will I know if I have been successful?

We’ve many applications to read through but will try to contact you as soon as we know you have been successful. We respond to all applications, so if you haven’t heard from us after a reasonable period of time, please get in touch.

Where will the interviews be held?

For sales vacancies, if we’re interested in taking your application further we’ll contact you to arrange a telephone interview. This interview typically lasts around 40 minutes. We’ll ask you a series of competency based questions and score you on the answers that you give.

For other roles, we’ll contact you to arrange an initial interview. This could involve an initial competency discussion and some ability testing.  Full details will be provided to you in writing beforehand, so you’ll have every opportunity to prepare.

What happens after I submit my application?

After you submit your application online, you’ll get an automatic response to confirm we’re handling it and will be in touch in due course. If you don’t get an automatic response you can call us and ask if we have received your application.

In order to apply for a Field Sales Representative role you’ll need to have at least one year’s driving experience.  For any roles where a driving licence is a condition, we would require a driving license check to be undertaken with the DVLA.

What's the social scene like?

We think it’s a great place to work.  When you join you’ll get the opportunity to participate in various social activities within your team.  We also have parties at Christmas and regular nights out to let our hair down.  There are also a number of sports based activities, including a 5-a-side football team.

What happens during my induction?

If you are successful after the assessment centre stage, and are offered a Sales role, you’ll be required to undergo an intensive 6 week training induction. Typically this is held in various locations around the UK and will require time away from home; so flexibility is a must. The inductions consist of various courses and training sessions in order to equip you for the role.

For those joining our Bristol office, your induction will be planned over your first few months. It will include time with key stakeholders, an overview of the organisation structure, HR introduction, information on our brands, an overview of our business strategy, and an introduction to our Performance Management process. There’ll also be on the job training and time to get to know your immediate colleagues.

I need a work permit, can I apply?

Due to the volume of applications we receive for these roles we regret that we are not able to sponsor applications from individuals requiring a work permit. If you already have the necessary work permission and are able to continue working in the UK then we would consider your application.

We don't have a set graduate scheme in place, although we welcome applications from recent graduates for all entry level positions.
