Tactical Sales Representative Job

A vital salesforce role, the Tactical Sales Representative reports to a Tactical Field Manager and is responsible for tactical brand marketing activities in independent retail outlets. These outlets are usually determined by their footfall, value and size. They take part in specific marketing drives to target or promote a particular brand, focusing on certain geographical areas. They’re part of a sales drive team who show real flexibility when it comes to travel and working hours. It’s an excellent place to begin a career, especially if you’re thinking of becoming a Sales Development Executive.

Sales Development Executive Job

You’ll sell, promote and merchandise products with particular emphasis on increasing the distribution and display of brands in high value, high potential outlets. Managing your own territory, you’ll call on independent retailers, developing strong business relationships to sell new brands and prevent stocks from running out. You’ll also give advice on legislation and other matters. You’ll be based from home – but expect to be out in your company car making around 12 to 14 calls a day. This role is also known internally as a Field Sales Representative.

Area Sales Manager Job

Leading a team of Sales Development Executives, you’ll achieve business objectives by ensuring that the recruitment, training and development of your Field Sales Team is effective. We’ll look to you to help increase distribution of our brands and maximise profit by organising effective monthly meetings and reviewing performance against objectives and targets. You’ll also develop effective relationships with key customers on the area, particularly in the distributive trade. While based at home you’ll often be on the road undertaking field surveys, visits or meeting up with team members.

Business Account Manager Job

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of Multiple Accounts in either the multiple convenience, distributive or multiple grocery sector. The Business Account Manager works to achieve volume, market share and profit objectives for designated customers. You’ll co-ordinate MPI and Budgets, as well as managing and reviewing A&P budgets. You’ll also work closely with our Marketing department through the co-ordination of all strategic brand activities. The Business Account Manager is based within the Multiple Accounts team and reports to the Head of Channel. Based from home they lead a team of Multiple Account Executives and Multiple Account Managers so great leadership skills are essential.

Sales Support Administrator Job

Based within the Sales Support function the Sales Support Administrators provide administrative and analytical support to Business Account Managers, Key Trade Customers and our field force – distributing planograms, product lists, account bulletins and briefs. You’ll also calculate and make payments to accounts, as well as monitoring pricing. This calls for strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the communication skills needed to support colleagues and clients alike.

Commercial Analyst Job

You’ll provide an essential service to key decision makers, delivering consistent insight and analysis, and interacting with all departments on a daily basis. You’ll analyse market data, market research and commercial information, keeping up to date on major factors which affect the market. We’ll look to you to communicate key insights to the UK commercial team as well to track and report cascade objectives.This takes really strong numerical skills and an advanced understanding of Excel.

Range & Space Planner Job

You’ll manage how we display Tobacco products through the development of tailored planograms. Your role will be to deliver appropriate retail solutions that maximise availability, visibility and distribution for our brands. It’s all about increasing exposure within different retail environments through store visits – so there’ll be the opportunity to present to major customers. The planograms you produce will be distributed to Multiple Accounts and installation companies, who’ll develop specific proposals for implementation.

You’ll contribute to the brand strategy, consider and recommend brand line extensions, manage budgets and develop annual brand plans. Reporting Developer Job

Based within Information Systems this technical role is about maintaining and developing Reporting Solutions for all application used in the UK. This involves analysing, documenting and communicating user requirements, performing system testing, and providing user support and training. To join us in this role, you’ll need MS OLAP skills including cube design. You’ll also need a familiarity of Panorama Nova, plus MS Analysis Services 2005, MS SQL server 2005 or MS Reporting Services 2005.

You’ll manage and develop our portfolio of brands to achieve volume, share and profit targets based on a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour trends. You’ll champion the consumer, through legislation changes in the market and by developing ranges. We’ll look to you to plan processes, deliver strategic direction for the brand portfolio, and plan and prioritise strategies based on consumer insight.

Regional Sales Manager Job

Your role will be to plan, direct and control the field sales teams to achieve regional volume, sales, market share and profit targets. You’ll help maximise retail opportunities in selling distribution and in-store visibility, and contribute to the development of brand and channel strategies. We’ll also look to you to agree and implement regional brand and trade strategies, control and monitor sales performance, and direct the activities of our area sales teams.

Channel Manager Job

You’ll plan, direct and control the business strategies and activities of our channel team to achieve volume, sales, market share and profit targets. You’ll be leading a team of Business Account Managers, Account Managers and Multiple Account Executives. We’ll expect you to manage multiple accounts through the development and implementation of account strategies and plans. In addition, you’ll be responsible for point of purchase management. Expect to spend a large amount of the time on the road visiting accounts, or at meetings.

Head of Insight and Business Planning Job

Part of our Senior Management Team, you’ll provide market insight, facilitate business planning & strategy development, and provide business performance analyses. We’ll look to you to manage our market research and sales forecasting function and a team of analysts. Your role will be to ensure comprehensive marketing information, both trade and consumer, to our UK management; and also to construct analytical tools and models to make data meaningful.
