For speed and convenience our application process happens online. Once you complete the form and send it to us, your application will go through a number of stages however these stages can vary depending upon the nature of the role but typically it might look like this:

Stage One - Your Application

As soon as you submit your application online you’ll receive an automated email confirming your application has been received. If you don't receive this, check your email junk folder. Your application form/CV will be reviewed thoroughly by our HR team and assessed against the essential criteria for the role. To help you present yourself as best as you can, we’ve put together some application tips.

Stage Two - Interview

Each recruitment process varies depending upon the role and the skills and competencies we’ll be looking to assess. For roles within the salesforce if your application is selected we'll contact you to arrange a telephone interview. For other roles you’ll be invited to attend a face to face interview most likely at our Bristol office. During our discussions with you we’re keen to learn more about your career history and will ask you for specific examples of things you have done through competency based interviewing. Interviews can last for between 40 minutes to one hour. We'll try to schedule this at a convenient time. Within 7 days, we'll let you know if you’ve made it to the next stage.

Stage Three - Assessment Centre or 2nd Interview

As part of the next stage in the assessment process we want to get to know you better and you can learn more about us. If you have applied to join the salesforce we’ll ask you to take part in various assessment exercises including a scenario-based role play. The role play has been designed to assess your ability perform in the role. For other roles you could find yourself undertaking ability tests or being asked to analyse, interpret or present some data.

At this stage you'll also get the chance to meet your potential manager and other members of your team. Keep hold of any parking or travel receipts in case you need us to reimburse your expenses. If you’re successful at this stage, we’ll offer you the job and send you an offer letter. If you’re unsuccessful we’ll be happy to provide you with feedback.
