The career path
If you’re new to sales, you’ll join us as a Tactical Sales Representative – a vital role that targets strategically important outlets and is involved in promoting key brands. With some experience under your belt this can then lead on to you applying for a role as a Sales Development Executive, responsible for your own territory.
After that, you could move on to Business Development, Area Sales, National Accounts or a career in senior management. But, there are no strict rules – and some people stick to the sales path because they find it so rewarding.
