In terms of meeting those challenges, I have already talked about our strategy and within that we have detailed operational plans. However, strategies and plans are useless in themselves. It is how they are executed that is important and that is down to our performance. This gives me great confidence for the future because our people always rise to the challenge and are really good at implementation.
