On joining the company as a Field Sales Representative you will undergo an initial period of six months training. On successful completion of this training you will be confirmed as a Tactical Representative. At this point you would be able to apply for a vacant Territory anywhere in the UK. Where you then move is up to you, there are many opportunities within the organisation. All internal vacancies are advertised on our intranet.
We encourage internal progression within the company and have a strong culture of promoting from within. As well as internally advertising vacancies we also offer secondments to other areas of the business. Therefore, you could find yourself on secondment within our Field Training function or you could spend 12 months working in our Brand Marketing department for example.
